Always looking for her next challenge, Jennell Troiano is excited to begin a new chapter in her business career – helping those making major life decisions by selling their homes and making dreams come true for prospective home buyers.
From the very beginning of her professional career, Jennell Troiano has always set high expectations for herself and has remained committed to an entrepreneurial spirit that was instilled in her early by her father.
Troiano’s work ethic started taking shape early when she began working for several of her father’s companies while still in high school. From then on, business and hard work were a major part of her life, cumulating with the ownership of Zeb’s, a full-service Phillips 76-branded gas station/restaurant/convenience store/truck stop in her hometown of Royal City, Washington.
Zeb’s operated successfully under Troiano’s leadership for several years until she decided to sell the business and move to North Carolina. Upon getting settled in North Carolina, Troiano once again got into the business ownership role, taking over a struggling tanning salon in Harrisburg, NC and turning the business around. Eventually, Troiano purchased another tanning salon and ran the two successfully integrated together for several years before the economic downfall took its toll on the tanning industry and Troiano sold the businesses.
After a couple of years working for others, the entrepreneurial bug once again caught on and Troiano decided to pursue a life-long interest in real estate. With the help of noted agent Boston Reid and the Lead 2 Group, Troiano earned her real estate license and quickly got to work, selling her first house just four days after listing it on the open market.
Troiano knows what a life-changing decision both buying and selling a house can be, whether it is a first-home or a dream home. With a passion for ensuring each client gets the best possible service and the help of a top-notch real estate company like the Lead 2 Group, Troiano is focused on helping make dreams come true for years to come.
